We are seeking reliable trainee and experienced CDL truck drivers for a dedicated route. This position offers consistent home time, competitive pay, and the opportunity to join a professional team in a stable role.

Job Details:

• Location: Winter Haven, FL
  
• Position Type: Full-Time, Dedicated Route
  
• Home Time: Daily
  
• Shift Availability: Day and Night shifts available
  
• Weekend and Holiday Work: Required
  
• Equipment: Dry and refrigerated trailers
  Compensation and Benefits:
  
  • Weekly Earnings: Average $1,200
    
  • Mileage Pay: Starts at $0.44/mile, increasing with experience up to $0.52/mile
    
  • Additional Pay:
    
    • $35 flat rate for short hauls
      
    • $10 stop pay for all stops
    • Bonuses: Performance bonus available for reaching 5,600 miles monthly
      Requirements:
      
      • Experience Level: Open to trainees and experienced drivers
        
      • License: Valid Class A CDL required
        
      • Other Qualifications: Must live within 25 miles of Winter Haven, FL (Zip code 33881)
