DutiesReview the linehauls and routes coming into the warehouse.Sort and stage the freight to ensure all deliveries go with the correct drivers.Reconcile route sheets to ensure they match paperwork, investigate problems that may arise and address and correct any client service concerns.Notify the supervisor immediately of all verbal or written inquiries concerning any in-house issues, missing freight, etc. to ensure that contractors are following proper customer procedures to avoid service issues.Keep the warehouse clean and organized.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds on occasion.Ability to use pallet jacks, carts, and hand trucks to move freight around the warehouse.Trailers are unloaded using forklifts.Warehouse experience is preferred but not necessary.Forklift Experience or Certification preferred, but not necessary.Ability to work overtime if neededShift Days: Monday through FridayShift Hours: 7:30am - 1pm Pay Rate: $17-$18 per hourAt USPack, our values are at the heart of everything we do, every day.
