We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.Facility: BayCare HomeCareLocation: Bradenton, FLStatus: Full TimeShift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMWeekend Work: OccasionalOn Call: NoBayCare offers a competitive total reward package including:Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision)Paid time offTuition reimbursement401k match and additional yearly contributionYearly performance appraisals and team award bonusCommunity discounts and moreHome Care Scheduler Responsibilities:The Team Assistant is responsible for scheduling and oversight for all disciplines: Nursing, Therapy, and Social WorkAssists in entering approved PTO and patient Emergency Management Plans into scheduling packageEnters and verifies vital patient information into billing systemMaintains CPR card, Driver's license and Auto Insurance information in team member filesReviews admission packets for completenessAssists the Home Care Supervisor in productivity oversightWorks all report as indicated in standard workAdds and approves all disciplines as instructed by the Supervisor, including the visit typeEnters skills for each clinician in staff management area of scheduling package and enters assignment of and updates for case manager for each patientAssists with daily routine paperwork and clerical duties necessary for the smooth day to day function of the unitEducation:Required High School or EquivalentPreferred Associates Computer RelatedExperience:Required 1 year Computer RelatedPreferred 1 year Home CareWhy join BayCare HomeCare?
