Extruder Operator-2nd ShiftMust speak EnglishPosition SummaryResponsible for operating extrusion machinery to produce high-quality plastic sheet and roll materials according to customer specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate extrusion equipment to maximize output and ensure quality.Communicate openly with team members and report issues to the foreman.Support quality standards by following specifications and completing necessary paperwork.Assist in training new associates.Perform other duties as needed.QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma/GED; forklift license preferred.Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.SkillsBasic mechanical skills (micrometer, die tool, wrench set).Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to safety, quality control, and time management.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, and climbing.Working in a manufacturing environment with possible high heat, humidity, and exposure to chemicals.Schedule8-hour shifts; overtime as needed. #talroosouthwest#INDSW
