• Collaborate with the lead agent to deliver exceptional client relationship management services in the field
• Scout and identify desirable properties that align with our clients' needs and preferences
• Skillfully manage the contract-to-close process to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Maintain a well-organized weekly schedule to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Foster strong communication and coordination with our team admin to elevate the overall client experience
• Demonstrate a strong ability to work in the field, spending ample time in your vehicle to show properties and meet with clients
• Work closely with buyer clients to refine their needs and preferences after viewing properties, ensuring optimal satisfaction
• Exemplify a deep commitment to providing a world-class client experience at every turn
• Maintain a flexible schedule that may require some evening and weekend availability, as neededQualifications
