Development Leader possessing drive, adaptability, humility,
intelligence, team-ability, curiosity, and emotional strength to
help drive the success of our team.Responsibilities include:Conduct
business development initiatives for GRAEF's Facilities or Land
Development market sectors in Western or Southern
Florida.Collaborate with the business development team to create
materials and campaigns that reflect the firm's strengths and
market offerings.Identify potential new clients and develop
strategies to cultivate those relationships.Represent the company
at trade shows, conferences, industry events, and public
meetings.Project oversight, including setting priorities and
developing objectives, project financial management, as well as
hands-on involvement in the design process. The ability to serve as
a technical resource for a multi-disciplined team.Client
management, including abilities to make fluent presentations,
contract negotiations and client development activities. Good
communication skills and a proven track record in successfully
interacting with clients and collaborating with internal team
members is necessary.Assist with building a team of technical
professionals.Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced
multi-discipline environment.Being adaptable in an ever-changing
industry.We are considering Business Development Leader candidates
that meet the following basic qualifications:Bachelor's degree in
engineering.A minimum of 8 years of experience developing and
managing a technical market or business development, along with
selling technical services in Western or Southern Florida.Strong
networking skills to develop and maintain relationships with
clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.Success in business
development planning, including developing strategic business
plans, marketing activities, client development, presentation
experience and proposal development.Established municipal,
developer and/or architectural relationships strongly
preferred.Technical project management experience is
desired.Professional PE license required.Proven leadership
