Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to
support the recruitment and hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers
during the transition to a new HR system
Document and improve administrative processes within Talent
Acquisition
Ensure compliance with recruitment data and processes, maintaining
accurate records
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or HRIS
administration support
Experience with HRIS transitions or system implementation is highly
preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with
HRIS systems
Vista experience preferred
