Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Coordinator
responsible for responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) with a
focus on Benefits Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist mid-market and large-market sellers in RFP responses and
proposal processes
Manage opportunities in the CRM system and provide in-office
support during seller travel
Ensure timely responses to RFPs and maintain confidentiality while
handling sensitive materials
Required Qualifications
4-year degree preferred or related work experience
Minimal support needed on strategic opportunities over 1,000+
lives
History of success in proposal team support
Ability to manage own schedule effectively
Experience handling multiple large projects simultaneously
