A company is looking for a Team Lead, Investment Representative
to oversee client interactions and compliance within their
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle team escalations and client complaints while implementing
corrective actions
Lead and develop a team of registered agents, providing performance
feedback and coaching
Oversee risk management and compliance requirements across trading
processes
Required Qualifications
Mandatory CSI certifications: CSC, CPH, DFOL, OSC, and IDSC
Experience working on a trade desk and with trading platforms
Experience in client relations
Analytical experience with Excel and SQL
Solution-focused mindset with a passion for technology
