In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business every day by defending Frank Winston Crum Insurance's insureds in statewide property, bodily injury, and construction defect litigation.

• Develops and implements strategies to achieve team litigation objectives and obtain prompt resolution of claims and lawsuits.
• Maintains a cooperative partnership with Claims Management/Staff and clients in the handling of all claims and lawsuits.
• Responsible for all aspects of assigned matters from pre-trial through post-trial resolution.
• Defends and represents FWCI insureds in moderate complexity property, bodily injury and construction defect claims and lawsuits.
• Prepares and manages pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions and any other tasks or duties necessary for the proper representation of FWCI Insureds.
• Analyzes case performance on open and closed files.The Attributes We SeekKeys to success in this position include knowledge of commercial property and casualty standards and regulations. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and being in good standing of the Florida Bar is required. A minimum of five (5) years of relevant civil litigation and experience in General Liability, Third Party Property, and Construction Defect litigation is required.
