  • We care for you, just as we care for others.About Lakewood Regional SupportOur regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.Purpose:The Technology Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of our technology assets, from leasing and purchasing to lease returns and warehouse inventory management. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily project tasks, while also facilitating clear and effective communication and coordination across various teams. Additionally, the manager will work closely with Senior IT Management to develop strategies and oversee operational, lease, and capital budgets.Supervises:
    • Inventory Control Asst ManagerEssential Functions and Responsibilities:
      • Asset Life Cycle Management:
        • Oversee the leasing, purchasing, and return of technology assets.
        • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of all technology assets.
        • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and disposal of technology assets.
        • Warehouse Management:
          • Supervise the organization, storage, and distribution of technology assets within the warehouse.
          • Implement and maintain efficient warehouse management systems.
          • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
          • Daily Operations and Project Management:
            • Ensure daily project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
            • Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.
            • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
            • Identify and mitigate potential issues that could impact project timelines or deliverables.
            • Team Communication and Collaboration:
              • Facilitate effective communication between teams to align goals and ensure transparency.
              • Organize regular meetings to discuss project updates, address concerns, and promote collaboration.
              • Collaborates with Senior IT Management to strategize and oversee the operational, lease, and capital budgets.
              • Foster a positive and productive team environment.
              • Data Analysis and Reporting:
                • Analyze data related to technology assets and project performance for continuous improvement.
                • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
                • Utilize insights to optimize processes and drive efficiency.Required Qualifications:
                  • Proven experience in managing technology assets through their entire life cycle.
                  • Strong understanding of warehouse management and inventory control systems.
                  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
                  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
                  • Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
                  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications:
                    • Experience with Service NowEducation:
                      • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field experience.Experience:
                        • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology operations, asset management, and/or project management.
