Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Operations Lead to oversee
call center technical support operations and assist the patient
services team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support to frontline agents and
troubleshoot escalated customer issues
Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for
call center agents
Analyze technical support metrics to identify areas for improvement
and implement solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer support or technical support
roles
2+ years of experience in a management or team lead position
Strong technical background with experience in JustCall, Twilio,
Intercom, Mixpanel, and Calendly
Experience setting up and managing IVRs (Interactive Voice Response
systems)
Experience in both healthcare and technology sectors
