Delights' display. What you will be doing: The Benefits/HR
Administrator will be an integral part of the Human Resources team
is responsible for the day-to-day benefits administration of all
health and benefit related plans, workers compensation
administration, 401(K), FMLA and other leave absence and other
compliance initiatives. They will also be responsible for assisting
the Regional HR team on other HR needs. What you bring to the
table: Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in
business, human resources, or equivalent combination of education
and experience preferred, having familiarity with all employment
laws and regulations, and the ability to plan, organize, and
delegate tasks and activities. What you should know:
