Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Trainer II to develop and
conduct training programs for the Claims department.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analyses and evaluate training
effectiveness
Identify, develop, and facilitate training programs and
materials
Audit work and coordinate training initiatives to implement
corrective actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or
healthcare setting
Auditing experience preferred
Understanding of basic claims billing requirements and
reimbursement
Ability to maintain records of training activities and employee
progress
