Key Responsibilities
Lead payroll processing for US and international companies,
ensuring compliance with tax regulations and accuracy
Manage payroll systems and collaborate with HR and finance to
streamline operations
Address employee payroll inquiries and maintain confidentiality
while ensuring compliance with global payroll regulations
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience with US and international payroll operations and
compliance with local wage and tax regulations
Expertise with payroll platforms like ADP and Papaya, along with
knowledge of global payroll tax regulations
Skilled in payroll data analysis and journal entries, with NetSuite
experience preferred
Strong commitment to supporting employees' payroll and benefits
needs
Ability to work effectively across departments such as HR and
finance
