PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in bradenton,
Florida.Job Description & Requirements
Critical thinking skills
Experience with acute trauma and neuro patients
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
-- Insertion of a-lines, central lines, dialysis catheters, chest
tubes
-- Massive transfusion (MTP)
Percutaneous tracheostomy placement
Any emergent procedures needed including opening of chest cavity,
abdomen, burr holes, EVD placement
ICP monitoring
