SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

? This job is ideal for someone with clear communication skills both written and verbal. We believe that Ophthalmic Technicians truly make the difference in an Ophthalmology office and they are a key element in diagnosing eye disorders and diseases.

? Our Ophthalmology partners offer State of the Art facilities with advanced technology and software. So you will need a strong comfort level with computers and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

? Excellent clinical skills (Visual Acuity, Manual Refraction, Confrontational Field, Stero Testing, OCT). These are just a few of the exciting day to day functions you would be performing for 30-40 patients a daily.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma/Certificate for Ophthalmic Technicians Required COA or COT Highly Preferred. If you have 2+ years of experience in as an Ophthalmic Technicians and love providing helpful services to patients on a daily basis then this is the job for you.
