Job Description:
A company is looking for an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician I
(Cert) to provide efficient and accurate prescription services to
patients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry of prescription orders using the Guardian
computer system
Verify insurance coverage and update patient and doctor
information
Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff and front-end
partners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Certification from NPTCB
Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy abbreviations
One year of relevant work experience
High School diploma or GED required
Basic computer and typing skills (30-50 wpm)
