Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to join their
Growth Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage campaign workflow and execution for CRM initiatives
Develop and implement strategies for customer engagement,
retention, and reactivation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute
CRM campaigns across multiple countries
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of CRM experience including email, push, and SMS
communications
Experience with enterprise-level CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce
Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze)
Proven ability to build and execute complex CRM campaigns with
cross-functional stakeholders
Basic understanding of HTML for email and email best practices
Experience in the fintech or crypto industry is preferred
