Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Outsourced Accounting for
Skilled Nursing Industry Clients.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage multiple client teams engaged with healthcare
clients
Identify operational needs and implement timely solutions for
post-acute providers
Build trusted advisor relationships with healthcare client
executives and advise on performance improvements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Healthcare industry experience, particularly in post-acute care,
skilled nursing, or senior living
Master's degree and CPA are preferred
Experience in developing strong remote team relationships
Ability to create and manage client service scopes and budgets
