Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Account Manager responsible
for managing relationships with strategic Employer Groups.
Key Responsibilities
Manage account inquiries related to FSA, HRA, HSA, and Transit
accounts
Handle escalations and provide reporting for Employer Groups
Ensure smooth renewal processes and communicate changes in Employer
Group plans
Required Qualifications
Experience with OnBase, WEX Health Cloud, and various benefit
plans
Demonstrated customer service experience
Strong analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills
