Manatee Memorial Hospital also offers a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for babies with special needs. -Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nursing Director for Critical Care Services assures service development, personnel management, resource allocation and management controls in order to ensure consistent high quality patient care within patient care areas. The Director collaborates with the CNO in setting, implementing, monitoring and evaluating standards of care and practice, participates on assigned hospital and medical committees and promotes collaborative relationships among Nursing Services, the medical staff and other departments. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Assumes responsibility in the absence of the CNO. Other duties as assigned. - -Job Information:

    • Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
    • Current RN licensure in Florida
    • BSN, required
